IS THE ZESTIMATE MY CURRENT PROPERTY VALUE?

While the Zestimate, Zillow's well-known property estimated value, is a great and fun tool, it is not one that is used by most Real Estate professionals to determine the current market value of your property. It pulls from a range of recently sold properties which can be found by scrolling just a little further down on your property details. UCR agents offer great valuations that are more accurate and based on your current home's condition and the dynamic market. We would love the opportunity to consult with you, when you are ready.

WHAT PERCENTAGE OF THE FINAL HOME SALE PRICE DO YOU CHARGE?

We offer a lot of value to our client's experience and we are committed to providing service that exceeds expectations. Our compensation is more than paid for by the dedicated work we utilize to maximize your return. You can anticipate paying around 6% in seller listing fees and 2-3% in closing costs (buyer and seller). *Fees are estimates
